Monthly maintenance fees are just $200.00, which includes water, sewer, garbage, wifi, common hydro costs, management fees, and property taxes. The lot has its own 50 amp service and individual metered hydro. The resort has a full-time resort manager and caretaker who lives there year-round. The trailer is a 31' 2019 Minnie Plus. Sleeps 10 comfortably—small outside kitchen. Comes with TV, fireplace and air conditioning. It has never been on the road, except to be towed to the lot.
