Scotch Creek is just a 10 km drive where you’ll find a grocery and hardware store as well as a pharmacy and restaurants. There is a weekly farmers market that is about a 5-minute walk and is open from June to September. The resort is staffed with a full-time resort manager, a year-round resident caretaker, and maintenance personnel. The Monthly Association Fee is $190.00 that includes water, sewer, garbage, taxes and public WIFI. Each lot has its own electrical meter, so you only pay for what you use.
