The year-round resort is located on 29 acres of forested land in Celista. The 300 foot private pebble beach is the perfect place to relax with a dock to jump into the warm lake on hot days. Easy access to the new boat launch across the street. The resort has both shower, washroom, on site laundry facilities, and a playground. Year-round water and sewer. High speed WiFi included. The lots are also available to rent out if you will not be there year-round.
Monthly maintenance fees are $180 that includes sewer, water, garbage, wifi, management fees, and property taxes. Hydro is individually metered for each site until Spring 2022 when it will be included in the monthly fee.
