We are selling our RV lot but until it sells we are also offering the RV lot as a rental to long term campers, preferably at least for July and August. Details will be discussed privately through DM or phone call.
Renters MUST sign a waiver as per resort bylaws. Rental rules can be found at the top of main page under rentals section.
About the resort: for the potential BUYER and long term renter:
Lot 49 is beautifully treed and one of the larger lots (6500 sq ft) in the lower level, so a very short, flat, walk to the beach and swimming area. Very close to the playground( regular child centered activities throughout the year) laundry and washroom/shower. Monthly HOA fees are $200 plus your own power usage charged at .12cents/kwh. The HOA fees include resort wifi, sewer, garbage, community property taxes, snow removal, staff wages and water treatment from resort deep water well. Shuswap Lake RV Resort is a 4 season, all access gated resort. Lot 49 has enough room for all your toys, boat, sxs, atv, golf cart and vehicles and is private and quiet. Alongside the driveway are 2 cedar sheds ( 9x11 ). Both are insulated and have power. Yard is partially fenced( we had a park model home) on the property so the fence will have to be finished by the new owner if they wish.

Owners are allowed to rent out their lots, short term or long term by themselves or via Airbnb.
For the long term RENTER the hydro is included as is the use of 1 shed.
